Lovers of artisan ceramics will find in Cuit a space in which to recreate.
Celia Collado and Patricia Soriano started this adventure to make ceramics available to the general public. A 200 sqm. premises open to all that houses a workshop and a shop.
At Cuit you can attend a ceramics course – there are courses for all levels – or a weekend workshop in which, for example, attendees can create their own crockery. It is a meeting place where creativity arises, rediscover manual work or enjoy and relax working with clay for the first time.
Celia and Patricia have seen how ceramics have resurfaced in recent years. They defend this “boom” as something that can become a brand of Valencia and not just another trend. They studied at the Manises School of Ceramics, one of the leading localities in ceramics on a national and international scale. Cuit is a space that claims this legacy with a spirit of renewal, with the motivation and conviction that ceramics is positioned alongside design and other creative disciplines and is connected to them.
In summary, in Cuit we find a place to enjoy craftsmanship with contemporary thinking, a space where ceramics can be brought closer to everyone.
